Angela Costner

Meet the Artist

Angela Costner is an expressionist artist and visual storyteller based in Chicago. Through her art, she gives voice to deeply personal stories from a female perspective. Passionate about both painting and people, Angela’s portraits of strong women are a reflection of empowerment, capturing both her own emotions and the feelings of others. Compassion and keen observation are central to her work, where every brushstroke and emotion align in harmony. As Angela describes it: “Comparably to a song, where each note lines up to create the perfect melody, the brushstrokes and layers in my work line up to depict the story.”
